The first step is to purchase job credits by choosing one of our monthly subscription plans on our For Companies Page. If you’ve already purchased a subscription, simply go to your dashboard and click “Post a Job.”

A Social Boost promotes your job to the WWCode community in our weekly member newsletter or via social media e.g. WWCode Twitter, Linkedin, or Slack. Social Boosts typically generate 2X more interest and are a great way of increasing your reach. We suggest having one Social Boost per job.

Research has found that employers who include too many requirements risk losing applicants that might be qualified or able to learn the necessary skills on the job. In addition, women are less likely to apply for a job if they don’t meet 100% of the requirements. To help remedy this, the Women Who Code Job Board provides guidance around the type of information our members find most important (e.g. stack, salary transparency, benefits, etc.). We also request that companies describe the experience needed for the role instead of listing required years of experience (e.g. "Extensive experience leading UX teams" instead of "5+ years leading UX teams"). We reserve the right to edit job posts in order to make them better match the Women Who Code community (for more information, please see our Terms of Service).
